Own Your Baggage
What we know and understand of ourselves is very little. Our behaviours are mostly driven by our subconscious beliefs and patterns. By uncovering these patterns, we get to shed light on what truly drives us. We get to uncover what are our needs and desires and we get an opportunity to own them and get them met in a healthy way.
If we don’t, guess what! our needs will continue to find an unconscious way to get met and this is one of the ways on how abuse and trauma perpetuates…
